Credits, generation and failed tasks
One-time purchases, resolution costs, returned credits and downloads.
One-time credit packs
Single: USD6.90 for 100 credits. Starter: USD9.90 for 300 credits. Creator: USD24.90 for 900 credits. No automatic renewal. Credits expire 365 days after being granted.
Cost per film
480p uses 100 credits and 720p uses 200 credits. The Single pack alone is not enough for a 720p film. Video counts are alternative totals at one resolution, not additive allowances.
Task status
Check your private library while a task is pending or processing. A network timeout may mean the submission cannot yet be confirmed; it does not automatically mean failure. Do not resubmit a task that needs review.
Failed tasks and downloads
Definitively failed generation returns website credits. Returned credits are not a refund to your bank card. When complete, preview or download from your private library while signed in to the owning account.
