Terms of Service

Service and support

AI Zombie at aizombie.win creates fictional AI videos. For account, payment, or generation questions, contact 19870826yang@gmail.com. For duplicate charges, undelivered credits, or a payment refund request, include your order reference. Requests are reviewed separately from automatic failed-generation credit returns, subject to applicable consumer rights.

AI-generated fiction

The service creates fictional short films. Results vary; likeness, movement, sound and scene continuity are not guaranteed. Do not present generated content as real footage or use it to deceive others.

Permission and acceptable use

You must have permission to use every uploaded image. Do not submit images for impersonation, harassment, sexual content, exploitation, graphic violence, or violations of other people's rights. Do not upload images of minors. The zombie storyline is non-graphic fictional content.

Accounts and credits

Keep account credentials private. A successful one-time payment grants the credits stated in the pack. Credits expire 365 days after issuance. Credits are deducted before generation. Definite failed generation tasks restore the deducted credits. An uncertain provider submission is held for review to avoid duplicate paid requests.

Billing

Credit packs are paid once through Stripe with no automatic renewal. The Single pack is USD 6.90 for 100 credits, Starter is USD 9.90 for 300, and Creator is USD 24.90 for 900. Standard 480p generation uses 100 credits; HD 720p uses 200. Failed-task credit returns are distinct from refunds of payments.

Availability

Generation depends on third-party providers. Temporary failures can delay a film. No rendering-time guarantee is made. You remain responsible for checking a film before sharing it and complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
